To Date:

This will be a super dooper quick blog.


This week's highlight of weight loss:
Being accosted outside the gym on my way home by one of the personal trainers and having her ask me if i'd lost a lot of weight. It was a very proud moment telling her how much i'd lost.


This week's lows of weight loss:
Back to yo-yo weight loss. One week on, week off. I really hate when this happens!


To date:
This week I have made up for last week's 1 kilo gain and lost 1.8kgs (3.9lbs).
That is a total weight loss thusfar of 24.6kgs (54.2lbs).
It's a slow process but i will get there.

Another 5.4kgs (11.9lbs) and i will be half way!
