This is just a really quick post to share my happiness! This weigh-in, i lost 1.2kgs! That's a total weight loss of 30.6kgs. I AM HALF WAY TO MY GOAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks for letting me share that, it's very exciting!!!!!!
Today i have blown my points all in one go. I think because i have been craving chocolate for a while i did the naughty thing and made a brownie in a mug WITH ice ream, the first time i have had ice cream in 7 months!!! Today i just couldn't resist. So we'll see how that affects me on the scales next week.....but how about i elaborate on the weigh-in of today and not worry about my weigh-in next week just yet! This week's highlight of weight loss: I have been in the gym 4 times this week, including one pump class. A few months back, i was attending a body attack class which focuses on a high volume of cardio exercises. I found it to be too much for me and stopped going. This week a nice girl from the body attack class saw me in the gym and came up to me to tell me that i looked good as she had not seen me since the last time i attended body attack. I was thrilled and so flattered. She is lovely!! I also ate a relatively strict diet thanks to my new kitchen scales i bought on ebay for my desk at work. An idea i HIGHLY recommend!!! It took out a LOT of guesstimating this week!!! I've also only got 200 grams til i reach my half-way mark!!! This week's lows of weight loss: Having said my diet was strict, I have eaten a LOT of popcorn this week. But other than that, i had a great week. To date: This week i lost 1.2kg. (2.6lbs) That is a total weight loss thusfar of 29.8kgs. (65.6lbs) That's all she wrote!
